He looked over our prior insurance coverage with another company and was able to give us the same insurance for a better cost. He took the time to explain everything and was quick to respond to any of my questions. Very happy we made the switch to Country Financial Insurance.

fares halabi I don’t have enough words to describe my experience with Chris. I had an accident in my new car, and it was totally damaged. Chris was calling me frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly and perfectly regarding paying off the car, renting a car until I got the new one, and dealing with the hospital bills. Victoria Gill I just want to give a shout out to Amy at Elwell & Associates Insurance in Murphysboro. Everyone there is wonderful but especially her. She has been dealing with me for many years, and I know I bother the crap out of her. Especially after these last few weeks. She always gets back to me so fast, and answers my questions even when I ask her the same ones 5 times. & she’s always looking out to help us find the best rates.
