Dan Felice Great service! I had my car towed in at night for a flat. The next day I had stopped in and talked to Dave and said that if we had to replace the one front tire I might as well replace both of them. He called me later and said that the one tire was able to be saved and patched, and that I did not need any new tires. I appreciated his honesty and friendliness, because I know there are places that would have just told me I needed two new tires and charged me a lot more. Highly recommend the service here as they are honest and really seem to care about the customer.

Roxanna Michael I was with Ron Mays for probably close to 20 years. Only had to leave when I moved out of state. His office never disappoints...always courteous, knowledgeable and promptly returns phone calls. Highly recommend.

Timothy Yates I have been using Southwest now for about 3 years, Mark and staff are wonderful! If i have a question they answer quickly and precisely. Rates have been really good and the customer service cant be beat. I certainly recommend Mark and Southwest for all your insurance needs! Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!
