1 /5 Katherine Grant: Very outdated and old bank in terms of their online and app options. Their customer service, particularly in person, cant help with much expect for simple tasks, like a withdraw. Throughout the years of banking here, Ive needed documentation for a variety of different reasons. Each time, Ive been met with puzzled looks of confusion for a simple thing, like a bank statement with my account number. I dont know if they are that ignorant/lack the training, or are genuinely so lazy that they dont want to help. Either way, Ive been disappointed every time Ive needed something. It could just be this branch as well.
