1 /5 Louis Ramirez: Do not Run your credit or attempt to open a account with this company, very misleading . They will lie and tell you that you are approved and then deny your loan. I wonder how many peoples credit they have ruined with this . Also very rude people working here, they speak to you like you are not intelligent.

1 /5 Kari garcia: When I first went in there the person that was helping me seem to be not knowledgeable How a loan process works her name was Jeannette each time I was required to bring a new document which I did and when I would go back there I had to bring something else. Every time we would go in there she would just tell us that we will need one thing and that’s it and then when we go in to three more thing again. Are this causes confusion between the client and the company when the employees are not knowledgeable of how or what is required for a loan process. Every time I would go she kept asking her coworkers are the questions we were ask her because she was not knowledgeable. If you’re going to hire somebody at least train him well or don’t put them to do the loan processing if they don’t know how to do it that is very unprofessional not only did they run my credit and my co-applicant credit multiple time without letting us know that he would run the credit each and every single time just a very unprofessional offer if you are looking for a one main loan office go to Melrose Park
