Kyle Brewer Honestly a terrible experience. My agent, Devon, was great. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1. However, the nurse rescheduled my health insurance visit multiple times and when she did show up, she didn’t do everything she was supposed to, leading to more rescheduled appointments. Then, Shelter Insurance sent me a letter telling me my health insurance was being denied for not having all the components (that the nurse never did). When my agent left the company, there was no notification or reaching out telling me who to contact. The only thing Shelter Insurance has ever done is leave me with no desire to deal with them again.

Laurie Nyberg Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to be dropped from my State Farm policy. Which was fairly upsetting because I had been w customer with State Farm for a long time. But I was dropped from my home owners policy which was out of the agents control completely. This was quite upsetting but the agent did reach out to me and did his best to make sure the transom was as smooth as possible. I realize now he was just doing everything in his control to make the situation as smooth as possible even though he’s not in control as to who and when the customer may get dropped from their policy.

Darin Morton i am in the same industry as Dave... recently he helped me with something so trivial, but it took much of his time, and he did it so selflessly!!! i am SO appreciative. If he does this for me, many states away, i would say he does a tremendous job for his local customers. easy choice to have your insurance with his office!! thank you Dave!!
