1 /5 Jerry Zdeb: After21 years with Auto Owners, I switched to this agent...What a mistake?
I received this letter about my under construction garage and the hail damage to siding. (No claim I was going to replace siding anyway). I was told I was the wrong kind of person by this agent. He made bad references to a past Federal Government Rep. by name. Please read the enclosed letter. This agent works for the insurance company not the client.
Later found out agent is on the local government zoning commission. Sounds like conflict of interest?
Look else where for you insurance needs.
