With reminder emails and very helpful tools to get me back on track. Anytime I need her she is always there to answer questions super quick.As i told her,i am sure that her job is a thankless one,but she sure does deserve a big thanks from me,as well as the other workers in that office. Linda Larson We have waited over 5 months for our deposit refund! Every time we talk to them, they tell us we’re still on the list. Now they have charged us $140.00 to supposedly clean the carpets in 2 small rooms. They were dirty when my Grandson moved in so I doubt very much if they actually had them cleaned. My Grandson’s girlfriend left that place cleaner than when they moved in. It was such an awful apartment, they didn’t bother trying to decorate it, so there are no nail holes in the walls or damage of any kind. This is what they do, give you the run around until you get tired and give up. Don’t believe me? Read their reviews before you rent from them!
