1 /5 Jordan Zumbahlen: I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here for the past here. I’ve had to ask for multiple new debit cards because every card I get sent doesn’t work (the chip). I’ve also had to deal with a loan recently that didn’t get put in my account and my checking is now overdrawn. I asked to talk to someone about it and Cynda said it was all my fault. It’s safe to say that when I get this loan paid off, I will be switching banks and maybe I’ll have a better experience.
