5 /5 S Begonias: We have used this bank for years. They are always helpful. I like seeing the same people every time, makes it feel like they are part of the community.
1 /5 roy blair: Awful, nothing but issues, from demanding flood insurance on a useless old corn crib and half a barn to appraisals that are far below market value. Theyll happily hold your money. A safe and a happy face is the only compliment afforded to this publicly traded company.
3 /5 robert mcmahon: Drive up tellets have to run back and forth from drive up windows to counters in lobby area to conduct business. Dont know if they only have one computer to use or one cash drawer or ??? It causes undo/extra wait time in drive up lanes.
5 /5 gilsdorf Tish n dan “Tish n dan”: Great bank Jason is my banker and he is very professional and is kind and helps no matter how small or big of a issue u have....ask for Jason
1 /5 Carol Cowser: The teller named L B failed to sign the cashiers check that was made out to me. I drove a half hour back to the bank to have it signed. I thought that it would have been good manners for L B to apologize for her mistake but that did not happen. So sad.
Sharon Manning Elizabeth is so sweet, she listens to your needs, tries to get the most for your money at the best price available. She is very giving to the town and very involved. She treats you like family.
Mary Ashworth Our family has banked at CNB in Carlinville since the 1940s. We have never had anything but amazing service. We are thankful for such a wonderful Community Bank. They weathered the storm of many Bank closures during the housing crisis,. They not only survived, but continue thrive. Keep up the great work...and thanks to you all!
