The ladies there were so helpful and more importantly they never made me feel judged or looked down upon. My loan has honestly helped me start to build myself back up. 1 /5 Welborn Elizabeth (simmingthroughlife): This branch took an unauthorized amount from my bank account for another persons Springleaf account without my authorization. When I called to get my money back they insisted that there was nothing they could do! Do not use this branch. If you do? Do NOT let Brandon help you there. He is incompetent and will call you every day regardless if you set up a payment schedule or not.
