Long story short, Brent worked on the policy and spoke with me on the phone at 8:30pm to assure he had what was needed for his appointment. Now that’s being true to your customers. I recently switched from a nearly 25 year relationship with another local agency because the rates were so much more reasonable here. Charlotte Bailey I have tried to speak to them about a refrigerator that I purchased, that was damaged badly by the delivery services whom are insured with this company. I have yet to hear any reply. Through numerous phone calls and e-mails ,I have had no real answers or given a claim number.
