MB Financial Bank - Chicago (IL)

5 /5 Nikki H: This bank has been here for ages and is now called "Fifth-third Bank." I have been going to it with my late Grandmother since I was a child. Recently, I went here and I was amazed with how homey and community-centric this bank was. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I did not feel the distant feeling of being another number that I would feel at other bigger banks.

2 /5 Luis Boldizsar: I cant say that this is the most incompetent group of bankers I have ever dealt with, that title goes to Chase on Clark and Foster, but these folks lost my credit card application, declined me because they had my birthday off by a day, asked me to bring in a drivers license, but then they wanted a passport, then when they finally fixed the mess and wanted me to come in to sign a doc, it wasnt ready when I got there and they asked me to come back later in the day.
