1 /5 Jaydah Houston: The WORST bank to go through for financing your car. Do NOT do it. If you get into an accident they do not help you whatsoever, and have no urgency with anything…. weeks of my insurance company and myself reaching out to them!!

1 /5 Abby Horn: If I could give it no star I would! Don’t ever get a loan through these people. I got into a wreck of course I have full coverage my insurance sends me a check I got my truck in the shop for two weeks now because the first time I drove all the way to Decatur from effingham Il they said they need an invoice from my repair shop I say okay I’m gonna call them and have them email it to me the manager says well we close in couple minutes you will have to come back mind you I live in effingham fast forward I’m back in Decatur at this bank and they wanna tell me they have to call this person and that person and now I sat in the dumb bank for over 30 minutes just so they give me problems because I got mouthy when they wouldn’t help me the first time I drove to Decatur’s just cause they closed in couple minutes. Not a bank they say but it sure ain’t better! Now another day is passed with my truck in the shop because I work 6-3 and they kept me in the bank so long I can’t get back to the repair shop in time to get my truck today! The repair shop was even going to wait after closing hours so I could get my truck today but nope the bank wanted to take even more of my time with there bs nor could they wait over couple minutes for their member to get there check the first time I went!
