1 /5 Cassie Mayhew: This is the worst bank Ive dealt with in my entire life honestly.
It feels like every other month I have to get a new card because of some data breach. More than half the times I get a deposit, my card gets locked for some reason or the other. This last time was extremely frustrating because they said I reached my daily limit of 20 purchases in a day, stating I made FORTY SEVEN purchases within five hours of me getting paid, adding up to nearly three times the amount of money I even had in the bank. They read off to me the charges just for me to realize it was their system glitching and just showing singular purchases over and over again, and it was easily proven just by doing basic math and realizing it was literally impossible for me to buy all of that. First, I got an attitude and hung up on, Then got told I couldnt fix it with them I had to wait the entire weekend to go to the bank Monday and fix it by a higher up employee, and then finally spoke to someone with common sense that unlocked my card. Theres constant issues and no resolutions and charges out the ass for EVERYTHING.
