1 /5 Marizza Shepard: This year is the first year I have ever had problems with the Charleston branch which is where I have been banking for a few years.
I found out there was fraud NOT because the bank called me and they never planned on calling me. So was I not going to get my money back? And were the people who used it going to continue to have access to my card?
It has now been a MONTH and I am still waiting on a debit card. I have called 5 or 6 times at this point and being promised a service I am not being given. My DEBIT CARD.
I am given odd excuses every time I call. Absolutely no one who works there would want to be in my shoes and yet I am receiving no help. I am incredibly disappointed in the service as of this last year.
To boil this down- their service with the customer is very POOR.
