1 /5 Ariel Smith: This is the worse possible OneMain location, Liz called me on a Saturday demanding payment, was very rude, over talked me, then proceeded to hang up in my face. To make matters worse this is not where I took out my loan, I took out my loan at another location so I have no relationship with this office nor do I know the workers. I spoke with my home office the day before for payment arrangements and they did not even record the conversation or payment. OneMain is the worst place to get a loan, there is no proper procedures, and they don’t care about actually helping their customers. I would suggest someone sell their right arm before getting a loan with this company.

1 /5 Karleen Neumann Jones: I been dealing with this company for almost 2 years. I called them 3 days ago to let them know I will be 2 days late making a payment. When I called to tell them the young lady was really nice and asked she I would like to refinance my loan I no thank you. She said ok but if change call back, so 2 days later I did but the next lady was not nice at all. It seem like I was bothering her and she was more like pushing me off the phone. Im glad she was rude. I will be finish paying them off soon.
