1 /5 Paul Garczynski: Not a good bank. PNC removed teller service from some of their branches and unfortunately this is one of those branches.
1 /5 Leah Sahler: Do not use this bank or location. I was towed from here and it cost me $175.00! I parked here to do banking then walked across the street for another business (approx 10 to 15 minutes) and while there the bank called and had my car towed! When i called the branch they stated I cannot conduct any other business while my car is in thier lot!!!! I wish I could give them negative stars! What a joke! They lost my business and hopefully yours too!
1 /5 Brian Salkas: I will do these employees a favor and give this PNC location a one star rating. clearly they are understaffed and the employees cannot handle the current amount of customers that come in, so they will appreciate me deterring any potential new customers.
Today I walked up to the bank around 2:00pm and the door was locked even though the sign outside said they were open until 5:00pm. I was let in by one of the workers who told me she could not assist me (even though I was the only customer in the bank at the moment) and to leave my number so someone could call me back when they were available. Needless to say I never received a call and when I went back at around 4:00pm the same day a different employee opened the door for me and told me he cannot guarantee that he could assist me today because he was so busy. I live five minutes from here but I will just go to a different location for now on because this is the second bad experience I have had at this bank.

I came in town to visted from Indiana and I stopped in since I was having issues with my zelle account and they were close to my hotel, but this place does not offer a public restroom for customers which is weird Ive never been to a bank that doesnt have a restroom for customers banking with them Smh! also not enough employees there bank becomes busy, no help.
1 /5 Nats: Terrible customer service! I had to look for the staff so I could be helped with making a payment. When I did find one she was extremely rude. Didn’t even great or thank me for banking with them. Will never go to this location again!

That being said his financial advice typically amounted to "give me as much money as you possibly can" without ever really helping us set clear goals.
During the little less than a decade I had my money here it performed worse than it would have in a market wide ETF. This combined with Edward Jones higher than typical fee structure is why I ended up moving my money elsewhere.
