1 /5 Alec Taylor: This was a good bank until the new ownership took over. Then the issues started most were small until march when they switched everyones cards to heartland. I never got sent a new card when they switched so i called they said theyd have to mail me one and itd be 2 weeks its been over 3 months and ive got nothing besides statements. I also have a loan there and i called to find out how long i had left on the loan and they said theyd find out and call me back. That was over a week ago. So I have no usable debit card and no idea how long til my loans paid off.

1 /5 Bill Calvert: They had two of my accounts frozen and let them go dormant even though I signed papers so they wouldnt. It caused me a lot of trouble this weekend because I wasnt able to transfer money into a checking account online to pay some bil. I sent an email and they still didnt fix the problem on Monday. I called customer service and they wouldnt help either. Incompetent staff.

5 /5 tom fath: On 09/11/2024, I had a problem with my debit card issued by Heartland. Your employee Stacy Kraus fixed the problem in less than five minutes. She has helped me on three separate occasions with issues with my account. Heartland Bank is lucky to have an employee like Stacy. I hope that her higher ups appreciate her
