1 /5 John Lamb: Just changed agents... There office commonly says closed at the door (3:45pm) when the online office hours are open till 4:30pm... They are horrible and answering the phone when I call at 3:00pm and when voice mails are left they infrequently call back. This has been a problem for over 6 months. You should not have to take a day off of work to talk anyone in the office including on the phone. They expect the client to be responsible but the office cant keep their promised schedule or return phone calls...
