Melissa Brown Just opened a COD - went to open a savings account with a cashiers check with a large amount of money that I wasn’t comfortable keeping with me. I politely Asked if I could please open it so I didn’t have to carry a large amount of money - but because they were closing in 20 minutes and they needed a half an hour to open the savings account they wouldn’t do it for me. I totally understand policy but when you have a new customer try to have a little bit better customer service and try to assist them. I will definitely take my money somewhere else.

Of course I always have a question, but never afraid to ask especially when they take the time to explain things (for instance with Kara the last time I popped in.) Customer service goes a long way and these individuals fully go out of their way for clients.

Brent Cleveland Absolute best service, great communication .They went above and beyond for me, they were waiting on brake parts and they would not be delivered until late in the day , brake parts came and technician stayed late to finish and I received my tractor back the next morning. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their customer care and service. Thank you!!!!!!
