We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriahs office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday.
