Karl ONeal This place and the shop owners are amazing! Not only are they friendly and helpful but they do amazing work! He custom made a setting for a diamond that I had that is absolutely exquisite and am complimented on whenever I wear it, he also fixed a watch that I was told by other jewelers could not be done! I will continue to bring my jewelry here for repairs and I will buy from them time and time again!

Art Guerrero Best customer service and fabulous reps. I bought a crystal rose for my wife’s birthday earlier this year and someone accidentally knocked it off its stand a few pedals broke off. They replaced the crystal rose as part of their 2 year warranty! I was so happy and thankful. I’ll definitely comeback and purchase new products. Thank you!

Harrison Cunningham My wife and I have been going to DeVons for the last few years for various things such as ring resizing, cleanings, and engravings and a few small jewelry purchases. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there. Unbeknownst to me, Matt let my wife know that he has a BLRO for us a day before Valentines Day, so I got an awesome present! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. She made me feel very confident and happy with my purchase and kept me confident the entire time. I love my new ring & I greatly appreciated the two ladies who helped me today. Thank you both! ❤️

Between Ted and Morgan, they were able to explain every single item I brought with me. It was impressive! Morgan specialized in the coins and jewelry testing and Ted was quick to help with reviewing and teaching me the history of the vintage stamps, letters, unique china, and other random trinkets I brought in.
