Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!

Emily Hodges I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!

Peggie Garza My Grandson was away at boot camp and he text me that he really wanted to choose his new wife her wedding rings so he could surprise her.(They didn’t find the perfect ones before he left). I told him Jarilyn is the perfect jeweler. Even though it was Easter, Jarilyn worked with us back and forth with photos of gorgeous rings until my grandson chose his favorite. Jarilyn had them ready and sent within a couple of days. The rings are gorgeous. Jarilyn was extremely efficient, friendly, and ready to do anything to make this an enjoyable experience even though we were all in different cities. Phillip Sweet Nick made picking and ordering a custom piece for my wife a more than wonderful experience. He was honest and upfront about pricing, and got it to me in a pretty timely manner. He was kind and more than happy to spend the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. He got it to match my wifes other jewelry all we way down to the link size/shape in the chain. His attention to detail is meticulous. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry already in the cases and look a lot more custom and less mass produced than you see in those chains. Im glad I stopped in.
