They 3D print the rings, so you can get any design you want often cheaper than what you see online or at other commercial jewelry stores. You can tell they care about the quality and service they provide. I sent them pictures of what I wanted the ring to look like an they sent back what they created in their program. It was about a two week process from start to finish. I am very happy with my ring, it came out amazing. We are getting married in July and getting our wedding bands made here, too.

Jimmy Diaz I brought my wifes engagement ring here because the biggest diamond of them all fell off. They did not only fix it, but they also reinforced all the other diamonds and polished it, making the white gold shine like never before. They also did it three days earlier than expected.

Noushin Vahdat Robert and Lucy at Kay jewellers are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I go home with the diamond I love. Robert ordered so many diamonds on line and made multiple phone calls to assure those diamonds arrived before the sale ended so I would have many options to choose from. He provided exceptional and tireless costumer care for us to walk away with the best diamond at the best price. Lucy and Robert are two gems at Kay, they gave us their true opinion to pick out the best jewelry. Costumer’s satisfaction is their goal at Kay and we’ll definitely go back.

Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.
