Mad Con I came in to have a few pieces of my jewelry soldered and was so impressed with the experience! The turnaround time was super quick, and the work was very clean and professional. Julie Olsen Oscar and his team are wonderful. He skillfully crafted a custom diamond engagement ring and diamond baguette wedding band from a design we brought to him over 17 years ago and it came out so beautiful. Then, about five years ago, I accidentally lost the diamond wedding band and was never able to find it. Being one of a kind, I resigned to the fact that I’d never have it again and replaced it with a plain band which just never looked right. So this year I traveled back to Los Angeles from the east coast, after having moved away, and stopped in to see the team and commission the replacement of that band and within a couple weeks I had my gorgeous new ring which was nearly identical to the original and yet somehow even more beautiful than before. Marcella JM Bianca jewelry store is hands down the best! I purchased an unusual silver and stone necklace during my overseas travels. After I returned home I realized was too long for me, and had to be shortened. I went to Bianca based on many glowing reviews, and I was not disappointed! The necklace is complex, kind of woven, and I was expecting to pay some significant amount of money to shorten it. The owner Keith, due to his vast experience with jewelry, saw a simple way of shortening it, and charged almost nothing. Thank you -- I now love to wear my new necklace!!

Cade Gillen I had a ring made for my fiancé. It came out absolutely beautiful. May and jay helped me pick the perfect setting. They gave me pick up date and beat that date by a week. Jay also worked hard to beat the other prices I got on everything

Chase O Kevin and his family do an amazing job. They make sure customers are happy and satisfied, he created me a custom engagement ring last year before Christmas and it turned out amazing. Im getting ready to propose with it soon, but I had noticed one of the stones was larger than the other after looking at it hard enough. I pointed it out to him when I brought it in recently almost a year later. He went ahead and replaced the two stones so the size & color matched and didnt charge me for any of it. Would gladly do business here again as they are a pleasure to work with.

Dee Sanchez This is the best eyebrow threading shop in this town I’ve tried so many over the years and when I first sat down in that chair I never left every two weeks or one I’m in there I send everyone I know here . She’s kind friendly she doesn’t hurt you she listens to your dream eyebrows she can thin or even just touch up she can do it all the customer service is wonderful and did I mention the punch cards that earn you a free threading. That’s a plus definitely recommend her
