Kathy was beyond wonderful to work with. Through her creative process, she continuously questioned and improved her design. Mr.Pottsible Gemma Jewelers was a life saver for me!! They worked quickly to solve an engraving error on watches I bought for my wedding. In some ways it felt like an impossible task but they did such a great job. Will be back if I need to buy some new pieces or help with engravings again.

Charlie Squire Lovely and super helpful experience! My (now) fiancé proposed with an 115-year-old antique ring he had purchased in Berlin, and it needed to be resized. Peter was able to both resize the ring and identify some structural issues that were corrected. Everything was clear, done quickly, and even came in under the price estimate! Will certainly be returning the next time I am in need of a jeweler.

linda I have found it can be risky buying online but absolutely delighted with this pair of trillion cut amethyst drop earrings. I bought them to match a second hand pendant I fell in love with last year. They match perfectly. Fast delivery from the US to the UK. Beautifully presented. Well worth paying more for this quality compared with cheaper versions. Highly recommend.
