The wife, who co-owns the shop, was incredibly sweet, professional, and went out of her way to make me feel taken care of. My husband and I purchased 2 wedding bands and an engagement ring from here 2 months ago, they gave us a great deal on all 3 and resized them for us free of charge. I had an issue with the engagement ring last week so I called them, and they fixed it no problem and even resized it for me again all at no extra cost. They definitely care about their customers, Alejandra the manager took great care of me and everybody else was a pleasure to deal with as well. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I went in to get my permanent bracelet repaired by Tatiana and she greeted me at the door, was welcoming and very patiently helped me decided any changes I wanted to make before she put my piece back on. Dan, in consultation with the watch maker, provided an estimate which was more expensive than what I could afford; more than buying a new watch. Alas, watch-making is a dying art and requires special skill so the cost is understandable. Appreciated Dans knowledge, patience and friendliness and will definitely return for other watch-related needs.

She spent the time to show me all the different sapphires to make sure I got to pick the color I wanted.
