1 /5 Cameron Errea: Told him to add a name and birthdate engraving to a pendant under the existing ones. Names on one side, dates on the other. He REMOVED the old ones and ONLY engraved the new ones! He had to grind those off to fix it. Then he put the dates in the wrong order. I didn’t bother having him try to fix it again because after all the grinding and polishing the pendant is now too thin to try. And the font is too big now, it looks goofy, apparently he doesn’t have a set of dies small enough to match what used to be there. Ruined a sentimental Mother’s Day gift.
