We went there to return and that guy in your store called the guard on us because he said he would never give our money back! And please put on your store PLATED GOLD NOT REAL ONE. NEVER AGAIN! STOP LYING.

1 /5 Jonetta Boutte: I went to this location on 8/15/25 to get my diamond ring to get clean i let Jeff clean it Ileft went to bath body came back in 20 minsjeff tells me one of my diamond came out in cleaning take iwas mad I been getting .y ring clean there a whole year and no diamond never came out so he said I have to send it out I dont have a tech this location he said guy come on Tues and thrus pickup so he said ring would be ready on 8/26/25 I said ok I my then on that day 8/26 ! Called I james the manger said anther diamond came now Im really mad I had wait another week I ask i to wrote me a letter saying what happen and what location on ring did the diamonds fall out and whats date and name of jewelry tech abd sign with his name when I pi ked up my ri g on 9/5/25 James was not there he left me a sticky Note ,that a Jr high school would write heare very un professional, and kept my ring for 2 weeks I want the letter typed up and signed I will be back up there to get letter I will never come back Idont recommend never let then clean your rings or jewelry at all james and Jeff are unprofessional, bad business and I need to here from Cooperate Im very disappointed at James and Jeff their not to be trusted I will take this further if James do not wright letter and sign it and date it and put name of the tech that made another diamond come out I will be checking on his work on putting my diamonds back in that was to long to have my ring for 2 weeks 8/15/25 to 9/5/25 I will be contacting you James
