Strongly recommend this jewelry store, Charles helped us design both rings based on details that we liked. He designs them in front of you and you are able to see it on the screen as he shows you different styles. He is super knowledgeable about stones and was extremely helpful in guiding us through choosing our rings. He helped us find rings within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. No other jewelry store had given us this type of service and we knew right away we wanted to get our rings there. We will be back soon for our wedding bands!

They ensured my ring was secure and even offered to clean it while I was there. They were very efficient as I was only in there for no more than 10-15 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.

Judy Jacques My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.

321Joel! Was very impressed with this store. Not only do they have delicate fine jewelry, but also approachable prices for fashion jewelry. A sales associate, I believe Megan, greeted me with a lovely smile and presence. She not only had recommendations for me, but also answered all of my inquiries. I felt valued from the moment I walk in until check out. I even came back to the store later to ask for wrapping and she happily accommodated me. I was very impressed.

Guzman Angie has terrific customer service she helped me find what I needed and was extremely patient with me countless times. 10/10 my wife truly loved all the gifts I’ve gotten for her. Definitely going to keep coming to this store especially when Angie is working.
