She still told me that your goddaughter bit it when she was 15 years old and I saw how it fell off from having it on. Besides, she gets angry when you go to ask for an explanation. She tells you, well, what did you expect for what you paid? When they sell you, they tell you its the best quality, but they never tell you that youre going to struggle with the product when you go to make a claim. I tried to be as kind as possible when I told her it wasnt fair, but the truth is, its not fair how they treat you when you try to make a claim.
