I recently had my wife’s wedding ring cleaned here and it looks brand new. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work and products. annie c This store has everything you need as a avid crystal collector or just window shopping. Theres alot to look at and various price points. I love the table with very large selection of crystals and little slips of papers to explain the crystals and even little tags describing which crystals suit your horoscope! Staff are friendly and there is a small discount for following their Instagram! I enjoyed my visit and will drop by again if Im in the area!

Chrys Furrer I won’t get pierced anywhere else in Humboldt. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and they go above and beyond to provide excellent care and service. They also have the best jewelry selection, clean facilities, and they practice COVID safety. Seriously the best place in town for piercings!

Ashley Sherman Amanda, one of the owners was so kind and patient with her time. I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on. While we’re still in the thinking stage, we genuinely appreciated her time, kindness, service, extensive knowledge and expertise, and most importantly, her patience. Wonderful experience! In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.

Not only was I pleased with the quick service and care that Nick provided, but he was professional, friendly, and explained in detail how he repaired, reset the stones, cleaned and polished my ring. I am beyond thrilled and honestly, my ring looks better than brand new, if thats at all possible. Very reasonable rates, too. I would only recommend Gold Rush Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs. olivia Kelsey and Maddy have helped us so many times when we came to get our engagement and wedding rings! They have been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. Maddy and Kelsey are also very friendly and kind. We have never felt pressured or rushed in any way. Shane Co. has the best customer service—highly recommended! We always love coming back. They offer a lifetime warranty, and you can upgrade or exchange your jewelry if needed. They do have a policy for exchanges, so it’s worth asking about the details. I usually hesitate to commit to expensive purchases out of fear of regret, but with Shane Co., I never feel bound.
