Mason Harman Absolutely expertise work!!! I have had these rings sitting for way to long cause they didnt fit. Gary and Enalie were absolutely amazing to work with!! Gary told me he was up for a challenge but these adjustments seemed like a walk in the park for him. Definitely Recommend!!! Definitely sending all my favorite one of a kind pieces to him to fix!! Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. When I saw my ring the day I got engaged I couldn’t have been more happy with how perfectly my fiancee and Lacey executed the ring of my dreams. Helen Wilkins Fun jewelry store with one of a kind designs made by local designers. My daughter purchased a necklace made from A repurposed vintage Chanel button and I purchased the owner’s caged pearl design necklace. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the owner is great and friendly. Definitely check out this gem of a store when visiting PS.

Max Haughin My girlfriend and I recently stopped by Brilliant Earth to get sized and check out some engagement rings. We did not have an appointment, but were let into the showroom and helped right away by Patrick. Patrick was extremely helpful, funny, and easy to talk to. They understood we were just browsing and didnt attempt to push us to purchase anything. We were a bit underwhelmed with the small inventory of rings and stones to look at, but it is a small showroom and they can only hold so much inventory. The showroom was clean and safe! Overall, it was a nice browsing experience and Patrick taught us a lot.
