Brian Ellis Larry Stark was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and created the perfect engagement ring to give my fiancée. When I started shopping for an engagement ring, I attempted to find the closest approximation of the ideal ring at the big jewelry chains. The sales people I worked with were not very knowledgeable and were more interested in making a sale than making sure the ring was right. I decided to contact Larry and request a consult and quote on a ring. Larry set aside time to discuss the ring in detail, and provided design suggestions to make sure the ring would look great and stand up to everyday wear. He had no reservation about working with lab grown diamonds, and provided a very reasonable price and timeline. Larry contacted me regularly with updates, and was discrete to make sure my fiancée didn’t find out early. The ring turned out better than I had planned, and the craftsmanship is noticeable in all of the small details. After the proposal, we noticed the ring was sitting a little tight the next day. We took it into Larry, and he had it resized and back on her hand in the same day. It meant so much to both of us.

Veronica Harold My daughter got her ears pierced last year for her birthday. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Her name is Mariana. & my husband and I were looking for some last minute things we needed. she was beyond helpful. & even when she knew the store didn’t have many options of what we needed she checked the availability of it everywhere she could. Gave us options. She went out of her way for us and we’re very grateful for her! She is awesome!

Austin Mancebo We came back to Elan after we had him design and create my fiancées engagement ring to have him create our wedding rings. We love how easy 1800 Loose Diamonds makes the whole process. We went to the showroom downtown to decide on materials and the initial designs. We then connected with Elan via text to finalize our designs. A week or so later and the rings were ready! I needed my ring resized a few times, as my knuckles are much bigger, but Elan was always happy to help each time. Highly recommend Elan and the whole family, and will come back for any more jewelry needs in the future.
