Bryce My Fiance and I found Princess Bride on instagram after trying to find the right fit to what she was envisioning. We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Paul Waters Had an excellent shopping experience today at the Arden Kay Jewelers. Rifi and Heather were so pleasant and easy going. No hard sell, no gimmicks,. So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.
