Mike Hughes My wife and I went to monterey for a vacation. We stopped in Steinbecks and my wife found a set of earrings that didnt hurt her ears. They were not super expensive , 80 dollars. When we got home we received either an e mail or card thanking us for shopping there. Thats cool. Very nice. fast forward to this christmas. My wife lost the earrings. We looked every where. She liked them so much she brought it up every day. I said hey maybe the note they sent us means they kept track of what you bought. Krystin Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.

Michelle B I will go on saying that I barely do reviews and mostly positive ones when I can. Prices are beyond more reasonable than other piercings parlors which is why I go there if I have to when it comes to saving money. It comes down to just eh customer service. I understand customer service is difficult, I just to worked as one but these associates often come off as irritated. They are barely helpful when it comes to needing help in figuring out sizes. Everytime I go, they make me feel stupid. A simple greeting is hard to get from them as well, most of the time, I come out feeling like a burden. I understand that you need a general understanding of piercings, but I am sure there are beginners that reluctant to ask for help with the general unkind mood coming from the associates. Overall good prices but not the best customer service.

Jason Visited this store while on vacation. Coming from a lifelong picker, this antique shop is among the best I have ever visited. Large store, with quality, wanted items for sale. I wish I could visit this store more often, but live 16 hours away. You need to browse this place. It will be worth your time!
