Tasbiha Lat Went in to get my expensive watch battery replaced. He BROKE it instead, gave him 3 weeks to fix. And he kept saying come in tomorrow. I ended up taking my watch back (still broken not fixed). He didn’t own up to his mistake either and instead showed me attitude.

She educated me about different selections, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. She went above and beyond and even cleaned my bracelet. She made my kids feel very welcomed. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. I left the shop with a huge smile. Thank you Destiny for making our experience their a special one. This is the best customer service I experienced at a Pandora. I wish it was like that in every store.

To our surprise, she spoke fluent Chinese! Meilin was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She thoughtfully recommended earring styles she believed would suit my daughter, making the shopping experience truly special.
