Marisa McGinnis Today my battery died on my Tag Heuer watch. I walked in and Peter told me to have a seat while he changed the battery. Ive been going to him for years and am always satisfied with the fast, professional service. He is very knowledgeable about watches. I love the watch, which I bought used many years ago, because it is waterproof (I think its a diving watch), it looks great and it only does one thing: tell time without me having to push any buttons.

The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

Jessie Wade This is the sweetest shop with so many gorgeous crystals/stones/rocks! There’s an entire section of raw stones which are generally hard to find, and the prices are so reasonable. The owner was so knowledgeable and kind as well, and I will definitely be coming back when I visit Santa Cruz again! Highly recommend anyone interested in stones to check out this shop. You will be so happy you did!

Javier Pagan Mark C at Valliani was beyond helpful today. 17 years ago I came in and purchased an aqua masters watch form a young Hispanic girl who was very sweet and helpful. My watch has been broken for over 12 years and I never knew or could ever get a contact to help get it repaired. Well, my boy Mark here told me to the website and request AM service repair to get it registered and they will assign you a personal advisor to help with the repair process.
