5 /5 Kraige Block: After years of seeing and hearing the television commercials for this company, I had occasion to go in and speak to one of the sales representatives regarding a few small items that I had retrieved from one of my boxes that had been in storage for years! I was so very fortunate that when I rang the bell, Hannah Varga, was the person to answer the door and welcome me into the showroom. At once, she was able to make me feel comfortable and confident in my choice to come to PMR. We started talking almost immediately as if we were old friends, not just a sales representative and a customer. She must have thought I was a bit off, as I can be very direct and completely honest about these things. Anyway, she gave me a very thorough explanation of what her company is looking for and at what they look at when a customer comes in looking to sell some items. It was such a pleasure to engage in a conversation with Hannah. We laughed and kidded around which was so much better than being so cold and stern and being a bore! We were able to conclude our business transaction in a very timely manner and with laughter! Thank you Hannah Varga! The cash came in handy this weekend! All the best!
