From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn’t just help us design rings—he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness. Joe Turner Incredible experience, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The in store experience is really a necessity for Hoorsenbuhs, because online pictures just don’t do justice to the pieces. It’s incredible how they’ve taken a single motif and creating so many creative representations of it. There’s so much variety and uniqueness to their pieces, it’s hard to not end up buying everything! The new Venice location is amazing, so many unique touches and pieces of art. Very much worth the trip no matter where in LA you are!

Arnet Jonuelle Tuazon Cute little store in Walnut Creek that I discovered when my friend invited me to a Yelp event there. It was nice they partnered up with a local charity so part of the proceeds went to training therapy dogs. The jewelry is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and I got to make a custom necklace and one of the staff made it for me. The prices range from ~$50-$100+. This store is in a plaza so there is a parking garage nearby, the first couple hours I think are free.

D.B D I highly recommend this shop. I have used them multiple times, for a good reason. First off, the shop is always very clean and orderly. The guys are upfront and honest with you. They give you a good price and treat you fair. Cool dudes in a sometimes-shady industry.
