dava Day My second custom ring I’ve had designed with them and I’m so happy! It’s absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. They always make my dreams come true! It was very nice, I walked in spoke with mike about what I was wanting and the next day I had a preview video of the ring! A few changes, a try on wax mold and almost 4 weeks later my dream ring was ready to pick up! I just love it! Thank you guys!

Not only was I pleased with the quick service and care that Nick provided, but he was professional, friendly, and explained in detail how he repaired, reset the stones, cleaned and polished my ring. Gianna Favelo brought in my gold anklet that broke and my gold chain, showed them to him and he quoted me $40, INSANELY great price, said i needed it ready that day and it was ready an hour and a half later. He is a nice man and my jewelry looks good as new! like it never even broke. The only thing id like to mention is he does not take apple pay! Such a great shop :) Highly recommend.

Hapagirl Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on.
