R taylor Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again

I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. illumination in motion My mother and father purchased a diamond Cross here for my birthday over 10 years ago. Im extremely picky with jewelery but I was pleasantly surprised to see how skillful and exceptional the work was. Unfortunately, my cross was stolen and I live 4000 miles away now. But I do plan a trip just to see if they can make another one. I did find a similar piece but it is almost the price of a car. I havent had the same honest experience anywhere else. I highly recommend them not just for the prices and the quality of the work, but the genuine kindness they show to every customer regardless if you purchase something or not.
