5 /5 Alex Cameron: I cant say enough good things about Yadav! We worked with Antonio to get our wedding bands and had an incredible experience. I came in with an idea for a wedding band I really wanted, and Antonio put together a custom design that turned out perfectly. They also provided free engraving on both my wedding band and my fiancees band, as well as free resizing for life. So grateful we found Yadav for our wedding bands!! Would highly recommend.

Ana, was able to help me not once but twice starting from scratch when I was dealing with a serious matter that disrupted the process. Coming back after a year and following up with Ana through email meant starting the process over and fresh. She understood this and we were able to execute on the second time with a ring even better, elegant, and perfect for my partner for life. The buying process, could not have been any easier. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and Yadav made sure to make me feel comfortable and confident with the best decision. That’s why the end result of my fiancée priceless reaction makes all this sweet, given what I had to go through to get here and to have the confidence that Yadav would deliver at my expectations. I worked closely with Ana, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We had multiple consultations over a few weeks, and she never rushed us—always taking the time to answer questions, walk through options, and help us find the perfect ring. Yadav is a great family-run business, and it really shows in the way they treat their customers. The whole process felt personal, relaxed, and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality, service, and a stress-free experience.

2 /5 Molly Hill: Yadav made us a gorgeous engagement ring however the process was unnecessarily difficult. By total coincidence we booked an appointment and the woman to help us was a relative. We had a fabulous time working with her to design a custom ring. However she got laid off when we were about 90% of the way done. The bad review isn’t for laying her off, it’s because the transition to a new representative was so difficult. We found out a few days after it happened from my relative and not from Yadav. We called and tried to get more info about who would take over, details on the status of the ring, etc. They said they’d call us back but we had to follow up again multiple times. There was confusion about the status of the ring both on the phone and in person when we met with Edan who took over the process, they clearly were disorganized. Even at our appointment after the layoff they were very unprepared and briefly forgot we had already paid for the diamond. And then they cast our sample ring in bronze instead of silver or steel (as we were told it would be) when our final ring was going to be white gold. If you’re going to lay someone off you need to have a plan in place for communicating the change to your customer and who will be taking over their clients. Yes for most people at Yadav this won’t be a problem but we were really surprised and frustrated at the lack of organization for something as important as an engagement ring, especially as it definitely delayed the process by a few weeks.

Ana was extremely helpful and I knew I could immediately trust her throughout the entire process. Were going to come back for the wedding bands, Yadav has such an incredible showroom and staff.
