Hector Marin After an exhausting search for someone to repair my glasses (the best quote received was 3 weeks to fix for $95), I came across Stop & Fix in Westfield Mall. They looked at my glasses and told me they could recreate the missing piece and would have it fixed in an hour and a half. It came out beautiful and for only $40. Great old-fashioned craftsman at work! 5 stars! Also, very nice people!

Noel Aguilar Amazing support! Amazing shop! I have gone in a few times and all those times, I felt authentically supported and in the driver seat. The store felt so welcoming and without pressure and made the experience feel amazing! The store has such a “real” and authentic team that was staffed this day, especially (Rachel) who helped us. She was such a real one! She made every moment feel great! She found my wedding band and size on the first go! And supported my fiancé find her band within 20-30 minutes! Not to mention she cleaned her natural engagement stone and band so well! Her other teammates that afternoon were also a great supportive cast! (6/7/25). The whole vibe was just great, enough said. Alfredo Rocha Luis from Lonora Gold, is a kind and professional owner. I will now be coming here for any jewelry / watch repairs or cleaning. He is the 3rd owner of this shop and has been servicing the area for over 30 years now! The shop itself is likely over 100 years old. I took in a ring to get repaired because one of the side stones had fallen out. He has a great eye for detail and was able to attach the stone and reinforce it a long with the other side stone. I couldnt be happier with the repair. Turn around time: 5/5 (repair took about 2 hours) Pricing: 5/5 Professionalism: 5/5

California Livin Had the most amazing experience in the store yesterday!! The people who work there are so amazing!!! My husband got me a beautiful engagement ring and we got him and new band. They had the ring resized in 30 mins! Highly recommend
