1 /5 Janet Palmerin: Someone needs to report this place. I trusted this place after years of going and found out they are ripping people off. After reading all the reviews I see we were not the only ones. They sold me fake gold earrings. Not only that but I just found out that a gold ring we bought a few years ago was stamped with 14k but when tested it was 10k. The lady I took the ring to told me she has never seen that before. Pleaseeeee stay away from this place!!!

1 /5 Brenda Medina Valencia: Worst place ever!!! They lie gold is 14K when it’s 10K. We bought a ring they check it with a fake gun supposedly. We went to a different store they checked the ring with acid and it shows it was 10K. We went back to complain the owner did not know what to do he kept pacing back and fourth. He sent his employees to just give us back the money not even an apology just said here’s your money almost threw it at us.

5 /5 Dahlia Alvarez: Walked in for the first time looking for a 14k chain, the people were really friendly and polite. After I requested that the gold to be tested of the chain i wanted to purchase, they offered me a good deal. Then I went to go get it tested somewhere else and they did two kind of test with the electrical gun and acid, the gold was real unlike the other reviews saying otherwise. Before I walked into this place I went to another jewelry store and they denied the testing process of the gold chain unlike here.

I took my ring to an independent appraiser and they appraised my jewelry over 2 1/2 times what I paid for!!! Ask for OMID best customer service and all friendly employees they made me feel comfortable. I will be back for my 1 year anniversary 100%

1 /5 john m: High Class Jewels 560 S. Broadway Los Angeles, CA 90013 I found this place by chance. I wanted a chain. I asked if they had it. They said they would pick it up, and I would have it in a half hour. Half hour came and went. I asked for my chain. Oh its going to be another half hour. Umm, ok. One hour later chain is still not there. At that point I asked for my money back. Owner, tall bolding guy said 15% re-stocking fee. For a chain they dont even have. Claudia, the less then honest sales person that was helping me said, they would provide a refund but tax me $250. I didt want to be standing around on a hot day. So after a lenghty wait I finally agreed. Claudia asked for the recipt back. At this point I was concerned and asked to see the money first. Come to findout she was trying to pocket $50. So, I called her out on it. She said it was a mistake. I did not release my receipt untill the full amount minus the $250 was there. If you shop here do not give them cash. Use your credit card. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE CASH. Credit cards offer some protection so they will try and discourage you by saying they will charge you more. The protection was worth the extra bucks. Unfortunatlly, I learned this lesson the hard way. I hope this helps someone somewhere.
