Chris Lopez Christina is so wonderful, patient, and so nice. Through an email I explained my situation, which was an upcoming 35th Anniversary. Not only was Christina willing to email back and forth with me a few times, she even sent photos to me of rings that I was interested in. She held the ring for me, and long story short, when I was in town I visited the shop, and Christina really considered the ring I wanted to get for my wife and she made a new suggestion. Geoff pays the largest percentage of the market value out of all the other Gold buyers in Santa Barbara. You know he is honest when he is willing to weigh and calculate the amount of money he is willing to pay, right in front of you. Most other places like to take your gold to the back and do all of their weighing and testing where you cant even see what theyre doing. Some places have a policy not to tell you what percentage of the market price they pay for gold. Honesty is always the best policy when it comes to business. Ive done my research, tried other gold buyers in SB and I will always take my business to Santa Barbara Precious Metals.
