Cilena Wood My dog of 13.5 years Diamond, passed away recently. I was looking for a Diamond shaped setting and landed on CloseByMe Jewelry. I never expected how phenomenal the service was. It was like talking to a friend, someone who truly understood what I was going through losing my best friend. She asked me about her, as long as I was okay talking about it. Gina looked at my photos and provided me comfort throughout the process. The creation was quicker than expected. The quality is amazing, and the Pendant was packaged with love and care. I would recommend her business to anyone looking for cremation Jewelry created by someone who truly cares about every order she receives. It makes me feel a bit lighter to carry her around with me everyday and Gina gave me that opportunity.

Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

Brian McDermott My wife and I bought a load of T-shirts and Hoodies in their Carmel store, as the choice is great. One hoody was too small and when she returned it later that day, they exchanged it, but unfortunately I didnt notice they put the same size back in the bag by the time we had reached our next destination, 200 miles down the coast. After contacting them via email, they sent a replacement hoody to our final Hotel in Vegas, plus a nice cap. Excellent customer service! Thanks again.
