1 /5 crystal vasquez: I came in to buy a 14k gold ID BRACELET on Wednesday June 19,2024 my sales person was Perla , when I was paying for it I noticed there was a small metal piece next to the ID plate that was sticking out , I took a picture of it and she assured me she would ask their jewler to look into and it give me a call back about it , I also sent the bracelet to be engraved with my sons’ name on it when I asked how much it would be she said $75 for a five letter name and she was going to give me a call to confirm BEFORE engraving to give me the set price so that I could confirm and also confirm in the name , on June 24,2024 I gave them a call since I had not received ANY follow up from Perla or any sales rep.. Perla was rushing me over the phone she made it seem like it had just been a day since the purchase when in fact it had been more than 3 days for any sort of follow up or confirmation !!!! I get a phone call later that day saying it was already in engraving and that the total was $175…….. I had no choice to even choose another location since I never got a follow up like Perla said she was going to do BEFORE engraving and follow up about the metal piece sticking out … also , after a few more days of them not calling me I decided to call to see what is going on with my bracelet and the women said oh it was ready for pick up a few days ago !!!!!!! No one called me yet again!!!!!!!!!!! My message to Perla is stop rushing customers!!! They’re spending a pretty good penny on jewelry pieces , and actually follow up with the customers BEFORE a job/repair is made to confirm
