Most recently, I brought in a diamond from my gram, and he helped me design the perfect bezel set platinum ring. He is so good at his craft and I love the result!

Kristina CĐ The Happy Heart is such a cute store. There is a variety of items and I appreciate that everything is clearly marked with its price. My friends and I were able to find what we were looking for and more! The staff are also very nice and ask that you sanitize your hands before fully going into the store (yes, sanitation!). I’m extremely happy that we stopped by and I’ll definitely be making future visits.

Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!

Michael Rooney The store had a good variety of jewelry. I bought a 400$ sterling silver rope chain necklace for my lady. It was an exciting experience. All I told them for information was my first name. I dont want any business to profile me. Kays served my purpose. Have a fun time.

From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect. What really stood out was that Juan didn’t just help us design rings—he celebrated with us. He felt like a friend and we always left feeling like he genuinely cared about our happiness. In the end, we walked away with rings we both love.
