Both are exceedingly knowledgeable about their products, the designers, and jewelry in general. Both women posses a keen sense of integrity and truly take an interest in their customers. They offer a lifetime warranty, and you can upgrade or exchange your jewelry if needed. They do have a policy for exchanges, so it’s worth asking about the details. I usually hesitate to commit to expensive purchases out of fear of regret, but with Shane Co., I never feel bound.
