Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.

Kelsey Rivera EAR PIERCING: My daughter got her ears pierced here yesterday afternoon and the girl(s) who did it were great. 20 hours later her ears are looking good, I like the placement and there’s no redness, doesn’t affect her at all. Would recommend!

However, I went in on my search for boots and the lovely young ladies there were so helpful and kind, so I never felt out of place. I didnt find boots because what I was looking for was out of season, but I found a really nice sweater. Very good experience!

She was patient, and really wanted to know what I wanted, not just what they were "selling." She understood my vision, then helped me piece it together. Reminding me to not hold back, because theyre very accommodating. We decided on a set, along with a captivating chain link and diamond ring from the mens side. Like a glove!!
