1 /5 Eli Chambers: So anyone care to explain why salesmen are allowed to shew away a customer for being a woman ??? A close family friend was just in this week, looking to buy herself a ring. The salesman refused to sell a ring to her because "its a mans job to buy you a ring." In California, in the year 2021. My family has used Terrys my entire life, not anymore though ! No sir, this isnt 1957 and casual misogyny- intended or not- is not acceptable.

1 /5 J: Back in 2008: Took a ring my mother had given me as a teenager to be re-sized to a smaller size. The jeweler took so much of the gold from the thickness that the ring was so thin it could no longer maintain its structure. When held up to light for inspection it was no longer oval it was bent and ruined completely. The ring is so thin that it looks like it will brake so I have kept it in the jewelry box preserving it for the memory as to not damage it anymore than it now has been damaged by this jeweler. When we went to pick up the ring the rushed us out. We returned and we asked why so much of the gold had been sliced off the jeweler refused to admit any fault, or to give us our money back, or to fix the ring. We left very upset. I still do not know what he had to gain from taking so much of the gold off the ring. Just watch out if you decide to go here. Save up a little more and go to someone who will not cheat you, we came to this place for the price instead it cost us more in the end. I was stumbled upon this place again when I was looking for a jeweler to see if I could have the ring fixed I wanted to write a review so that you know what you are going into if you choose this place.
